Kintampo Waterfall Accident Kills At Least 18 In Ghana


Up to 20 students in Ghana have died in an accident after trees fell while they were swimming at a prevalent visitor magnificence spot, crisis authorities said.

Ghana national fire benefit representative Ruler Billy Anaglate said the "strange occurrence" occurred on Sunday evening, when a gathering of secondary school understudies were swimming at the Kintampo waterfalls, the most noteworthy waterfall in the nation, in the Brong-Ahafo locale.

Anaglate said that a tempest made trees topple and fall on the adolescents while they were in the water.
